When is the peak political mail mailing season?

Traditionally, peak mailing times for political mail have been during the months of September, October and early November. However, due to the COVID-19 situation, the political mailing season appears to be starting much earlier this year. The USPS is reporting political mail is on the increase now and recommend campaigners plan well in advance of their political events and elections.
