Schedule a Mailing

Click2Mail offers the convenience of scheduling your mailings up to 120 days in advance! This means you can plan your mail campaigns well ahead of time and ensure your mailpieces arrive when you need them to.

Here's how to schedule your mailing:

1. Add your mail job to the cart:  Complete the steps to create your mail job and add it to your shopping cart.

2. Find "Date of Mailing": In your shopping cart, locate the "Date of Mailing" column. It displays the default mailing date, which is typically the next valid mailing day.

3. Choose your desired mailing date: Click on the date shown in "Date of Mailing". A calendar will pop up. Select your preferred mailing date from the calendar, ensuring it's within the 120-day window.

Important Notes:

• Sundays and postal holidays are not considered valid mailing days. The calendar will only allow you to select valid available mailing dates.
• We cannot change the date of mailing after an order has been submitted.
