To ensure successful processing, please ensure your uploaded files adhere to the following file type requirements:

Document Files (for your print piece):

Your print document must be one of the following file types:

• .pdf (Portable Document Format)
• .doc (Microsoft Word Document - older format)
• .docx (Microsoft Word Document - newer format)
• .pub (Microsoft Publisher Document)
• .ppt (Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation - older format)
• .pptx (Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation - newer format)
• .odt (Open Document Text)
• .jpg (JPEG Image)
• .jpeg (JPEG Image)

Mailing List Files:

Your mailing list must be one of the following file types:

• .csv (Comma Separated Values)
• .xls (Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet - older format)
• .xlsx (Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet - newer format)
• .txt (Plain Text File)
• vCard (Virtual Business Card)
