Mailing Online Pro accepts the following file types for upload:
- .pdf (Portable Document Format)
- .doc (Microsoft Word Document - older format)
- .docx (Microsoft Word Document - newer format)
- .pub (Microsoft Publisher Document)
- .ppt (Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation - older format)
- .pptx (Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation - newer format)
- .odt (Open Document Text)
Important: Before uploading, ensure your document is correctly sized and formatted for your chosen mail piece. We offer a variety of product templates in various formats to assist you with this. These templates can be downloaded from templates.click2mail.com.
Here's how to upload your document:

Access Your Account: Log in to your Click2Mail account.

Navigate to Documents: Select "Documents" from the left-hand menu.
Click "Documents", located in the menu on the left.
3. View Your Documents: The "Documents" table will load, displaying your existing documents. You can toggle between a grid view and a list view using the list icon.
4. Initiate Upload: Click the upload icon (often represented by an upward-pointing arrow or a cloud with an arrow).
5. Select Mail Piece Type: Choose the type of mail piece you are creating from the menu on the left. Product types will be indicated with a red marker.
6. Choose Your File: Click "Choose File" to browse your computer for the document you wish to upload. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the file directly into the designated box.
7. Name Your Document (Optional): By default, your document will retain its original file name. You can enter a new name at this stage if desired.
8. Complete Upload: Click "Continue" to finalize the upload.
9. Manage Your Document: Your newly uploaded document will now appear in your "Documents" list. Click the action menu icon (usually three dots or a gear icon) on the right side of the document entry to access options such as starting a job with the document, deleting it, making a copy, and more.
