How many times can I use a mailing list when I pay for "multiple usage"?

You can use the list as many times as you want for a period of a year. The advantage of this is that you only have to pay for the list once. The disadvantage is that some of the records may become out of date as list recipients move, die, or change their name due to marriage or divorce.
