What does this error message mean?
If you see the message "Not sufficient credit balance. Please buy more credit and try again. Thanks!", it means your current Click2Mail user credit balance is too low to cover the cost of your mailing.
What should I do?
To resolve this issue, you'll need to add more credit to your account. You can do this by:
- Logging in to your Click2Mail account.
- Going to the "Credit History" page. This can be found in the menu on the left side of your account dashboard.
- Clicking on "Add Credit."
- Choosing your payment method and entering the desired amount.
- Clicking "Add Credit" to complete the transaction.
Once you have enough credit, you can resubmit your job.
What if I'm using Batch, MailJack+, Email to Mail, or another application?
If you are submitting jobs through one of our applications and receive this error, we can typically restart your jobs without requiring a resubmit. However, your jobs can only be put on hold for 48 hours due to insufficient credit. After 48 hours, you will need to resubmit your jobs.
