If you want to resend a previous mailing, you can duplicate the job. Once you duplicate the job, you can change the document, return address, mailing list and job options before proofing and submitting the order. You will not be able to duplicate cancelled jobs.
To duplicate a job, log in to your account and click "MY ACCOUNT", located in the upper right-hand corner of the interface.
Locate the job you want to duplicate in the Projects table. Click the three dot menu icon to expand the action menu and select "Duplicate Job".
You can make changes to the document, mailing list, return address or job options by clicking the Edit, Create, Change, or upload icon. Click "Continue" when you're ready to proceed.
You'll be asked to download and approve the proof before continuing to checkout to complete your order.
