Create an MOL Pro Job Template

Want to streamline your mailings and save time? Click2Mail's Mailing Online Pro (MOL Pro) allows you to create job templates with your preferred settings. This means you can quickly start new jobs without having to re-enter the same information every time.

Here's how to create a job template in MOL Pro:

  1. Log in to your Click2Mail account.
  2. Click "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner to access your Account Dashboard.

3. Click "Job Templates" from the menu on the left side of your screen.

4. Choose the productivity tool associated with the template you want to delete (e.g., Mailing Online Pro, MailJack+).

5. Click "Create."

5. Select the product type for your template (e.g., postcard, letter).undefined


6. Choose your desired template print properties (e.g., color, paper type, single-sided or double-sided) and click "Continue."

7. Enter a template name.

8. (Optional) Select an existing document or upload a new one. This is useful if you'll be using the same document each time with this template.

9. (Optional) Select an existing recipient list or upload a new one. This is helpful if you'll be sending to the same list each time.

10. Click "Select Options" to further customize printing properties such as color, paper type, and duplex printing.

11. Click "Select Return Address" to set the return address you'd like associated with this template.

12. Click "Save Template."

Your template is now saved and ready to use!  The next time you need to create a similar mailing, simply select your template and click "Start Job" to begin.
