Obtain Return Receipt Electronic Signature from Your Click2Mail Account

You can view and download a Return Receipt Electronic Signature directly from your Click2Mail account.  

Begin by logging in to your Click2Mail account. Access your account dashboard by clicking "My Mailing Online Pro Account".

Locate your job in the order history, which can be found towards the bottom of the interface. Click "View Tracking" from the three dot action menu on the right.

Click "Download All Receipts" and then "Download ALL Receipts". 

Depending on the browser you use, you may be asked to save or open the downloaded file.  Make the desired selection.  The file you download will resemble the image below.
