If your organization has been authorized by USPS to mail at nonprofit rates and you have received your Authorization number, you can request access to nonprofit postage rates from Click2Mail. It takes 1 - 5 business days for your request to be be approved. After your request has been approved, only mailings of 200 pieces or more qualify for nonprofit postage rates.
To request access to nonprofit rates from Click2Mail, log in to your Click2Mail Account. Access your account dashboard by clicking "My Account", located in the right hand corner of the user interface.
From the account dashboard, click "My Account" again and then click "Profile & Preferences".
Click Group / Status.
Click "Apply for Non-Profit Status", located under Group / Status.
Enter the required information and click "Send".
You will receive a confirmation message that says your request has been forwarded to Customer Support. A support representative will contact you within two business days for additional information.
