Duplicate a Job

If you need to resend a previous mailing that you have already created in Click2Mail, you can easily duplicate the job and make any necessary changes before resending it.

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Log in to your Click2Mail account: Enter your username and password and click "Sign In".

  2. Access the Projects page: Click "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the interface. Then, click "Projects" on the left side of the page.

3. Locate the job you want to duplicate: Find the job that you want to resend in the Projects table.

4. Duplicate the job: Click the three dot menu icon next to the job you want to duplicate and select "Duplicate Job".

5. Make any necessary changes: You can now make changes to the document, mailing list, return address, or job options by clicking Edit, Create, Change, or the upload icon.

6. Proof and submit your order: Once you are satisfied with your changes, click "Continue" to proceed to the proofing stage. You will need to download and approve the proof before continuing to checkout to complete your order.
