View the Email to Mail error log to address any emails that cannot process. To get to the log, log into your account and access the Email to Mail dashboard. You can get there by clicking "Email to Mail", located in the menu on the left.
Scroll down to view the error log. Click the tricolon menu in the Action column to expand a list of options that will help resolve an error or additional details about the error.
