There's a duplicate charge on my card

If your card was declined for an AVS or address mismatch, you may see a pending charge on your account. This pending charge will be released in 1 - 3 days. The charge will not settle because it was not approved.

If you are concerned this is not what caused the charge to appear, you may call our Customer Support group at 866-665-2787 or ask to speak with a live agent.
