Find and Change Your CRID

To find your crid, log in to Click2Mail and click "My Account", located in the upper right hand corner of the interface.

This will take you to your Account Dashboard. Click "Profile & Preference", located underneath the My Account menu in the upper right hand corner of the website. 

Your CRID information is located on the Profile & Preferences page. If you previously entered your CRID, it will be displayed. Click the arrow to the right in the Change CRID section if you need to edit your CRID information.

Make the necessary changes and click "Save" to save the updated information in your account.
