Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Start the Template Creation Process in Directory Monitor

  1. Open Directory Monitor and click on the Menu dropdown at the top of the screen.

  2. Select Create Template from the dropdown menu.
    This action redirects you to the MailJack Plus (MJ+) website.

Step 2: Log Into MailJack Plus

  1. On the MJ+ website, log in using your Click2Mail credentials.
    (Note: Directory Monitor and MJ+ are independent systems. Logging into MJ+ is always required.)

Step 3: Select the Mail Merge Option

  1. Once logged into MJ+, locate the "Send Letter with Mail Merge" option on the homepage.

  2. Click Upload File under the Mail Merge section.

Step 4: Create a New Template in MJ+

  1. On the next screen, click Create Template.
