Why won't it let me insert mail merge fields?

If you're unable to insert mail merge fields into your document, the most likely reason is the selected production time.  Mail merge functionality, including variable data printing, is currently only available for Next Day production.

To enable mail merge:

  1. Check your Production Time: Review the production time selected for your order.

  2. Change to Next Day: If you've chosen an extended production time (e.g., 2-day, 3-day, etc.), change it to Next Day.

  3. Insert Mail Merge Fields: Once the production time is set to Next Day, you should be able to insert mail merge fields and utilize variable data as expected.
