Do you use real stamps?

You can request live stamps on notecards and all 4.25 x 6 postcards except the picture postcard layout.  You can also request live stamps on 8.5 x 11 letters in a #10 envelope.  The postage rate to use live stamps is full rate and there is a .07 per piece handling fee.
